Sham Pawar holds an MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in Communication and Journalism. Before founding Shreya Ventures, he spent two decades as Advertising Manager for several of India's leading newspapers, learning every angle of how print sales, placement, and negotiation actually work.
In 2011, he realized he could deliver more value to advertisers from the agency side than from the publication side. On 3rd November 2011, Shreya Ventures was born out of a rented office, with a handful of clients and one promise: every campaign would get personal attention and the best possible rate negotiation.
The first eight years were not smooth. By 2019, the agency moved into its own permanent commercial office at Sharanpur, Nashik. Today, Sham still personally reviews every major campaign that leaves the studio.

The idea for Shreya Ventures was hatched on a regular drive home from a corporate ad-sales job. After years inside India's biggest newspapers, the founder saw a gap: brands needed proper media planning, not just space-buying.
From a handful of first clients in 2011 to over 100 brands today, Shreya Ventures now serves businesses across Nashik, Pune, Mumbai, Indore, and Bangalore. The mission: bring full-stack, multi-channel media planning to Tier-2 and Tier-3 India at rates that make sense for a regional business.
